How will I know that I am getting an in-person or virtual ticket?

If you would like to attend the conference in-person, there will be a check box for you to let us know when you buy a ticket. However, every ticket holder will automatically be sent a link to attend the conference virtually on the day to benefit from all key sessions and insights. Click here to purchase your virtual ticket.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets for the BLAC_SALT/25 Conference can be purchased directly through our event website here. Be sure to secure your spot early.

Where is my A’a member discount code?

All A’a members were emailed a discount code on the ticket release day, August 1st. Please email events@blacsalt.au if you did not receive your discount code.

What time does the event start?

Registration will open at 8.00AM, with the event starting 8.30AM.

Is onsite parking available at the venue?

On-site parking is available at the Crown Multi-Level Carpark. This will be at the cost of $8 per car using the validation machine that will be situated in the Promenade Foyer on the day, otherwise Multi-Level parking is capped at $25 daily. Please note, Crown Car Parks are cashless.

How do I contact event organisers?

What if I can no longer make the event?

If you are unable to attend, please let us know by Monday 1st December for a refund or transfer. Refund policies vary, so contact us for more details at events@blacsalt.au.

Will food be provided?

Yes, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will all be included with your ticket. Please indicate any special requirements when purchasing your ticket.

Is there accommodation?

Yes, there are rooms available at Crown Melbourne, and several hotels or short stays nearby. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Will recordings be available after the conference?

Yes, as part of your ticket all attendees will receive access to event materials and select session recordings post-conference.
