How will I know that I am getting an in-person or virtual ticket?
If you would like to attend the conference in-person, there will be a check box for you to let us know when you buy a ticket. However, every ticket holder will automatically be sent a link to attend the conference virtually on the day to benefit from all key sessions and insights. How do I get access to the Business Planning Implementation Session?
Please register for the Business Planning Implementation Session via our website. All members of our BLAC_SALT Inner Circle will also be emailed the link directly on the day of the session.

Where is my A'a member discount code?
For 2026, there is no separate Agents'Agency member discount. All attendees, including Agents'Agency members, will need to purchase tickets at the standard price.
What time does the event start?
Registration will open at 8.00AM, with the event starting 8.30AM. We recommend leaving plenty of time to arrive and register.
Is onsite parking available at the venue?
On-site parking is available at the Crown Multi-Level Carpark. Details are available here. Please note, Crown Car Parks are cashless.
